Get Back In the Grind!

Are you using the muscle or strength that God has given you? Do you think about how important it is to move your body? Exercise is good for you because it sends oxygen and nutrients to your tissues to help the cardiovascular system work better. There are other ways we must move and gain strength to be fulfilled. Have you ever ridden a bike or played an instrument? What about creating a craft or art project, and the fun that you had while doing it? Think on this!  Do you awaken each day with great expectations?  Get in the grind and seek to gain muscle whether it be physical, spiritual, emotional, or mental strength.  Could it be that you just don’t know what to do or how to begin?

 Well, you may realize that it often takes a refresher for you to remember the steps to get your skill back up to speed, but you can do it! It’s only natural to be disconnected for a while because when we fail to use or practice what we have been given, we lose proficiency. So, it is when we fail to exercise our bodies, we are not as agile and lose muscle tone. Even with the Word of God, it is important that we spend time in fellowship with Jesus to build relationship and gain understanding of his Word to grow. The old adage is true in so many ways, Use it or Lose it!
