Moving towards the Mark through Faith

What’s going on? Where will you be in six months or in a year? Those are questions we hope to probe our 9^th and 10^th grade girls at Clayton Crossings of their walk with Jesus Christ. God continues to bless these young ladies in our youth group; they are on the move! Inspired by their leaders Ms. Elizabeth Dooley, Ms. Judith Oliver and DrWanda who are excited about the opportunity to help these girls grow physically, spiritually and emotionally as representing their group name, “Faith Squad.” As our focus, we choose to grow in the Word and the Ways of Jesus Christ and to help others find and follow Jesus!

Choose your Steps Wisely Using your Sword

May these girls choose to bring their Sword (Bible) to class weekly, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15). Praise God for this journey, may each opportunity to gather in group and be a steppingstone to build greater relationships with Christ and each other. Thankful for the picture (Ms. Elizabeth) to capture us now and explore changes to occur in time moving forward, have your way, Lord Jesus!

Call to Action

We will document our journey beginning now to the end of the school year, be it God’s will. Girls, may you be ready to share where you would like to be in your faith walk? Let’s do it!
