Project is Accomplished

Have you had an endeavor that you have desired to come to completion? Well, I wrote my first book, “God’s Voice, Choices That Led My Journey” back in 2014, what a true blessing to have finished it. I had desired to write a journal to accompany it, but other ideas and projects took its place and the journal never happened.

How many of you know that if you truly have a desire to accomplish something, you will not forget it? Well, I got into a creating discussion with a Scribe Coach named Ms. Penda James and really hadn’t thought about the journal at that time but focused primarily on the reading audibly of my book God’s Voice and making the audible book project a reality. When I shared these ideas with Ms. Penda, she assured me that we could make each of these dreams come true.

She even shared how we could make God’s Voice into a coloring book for Seniors. I wasn’t feeling that idea at all, because the journal is what I longed to do. As a writer, I journal all the time which is how God’s Voice came into fruition. I believed that individuals could share their experiences from reading my book God’s Voice and reflect on how he speaks to them in various ways.

Through our conversations and dumping of ideas in the writing room with Ms. Penda, the companion journal became a reality. This Reflection Journal began in hopes to encourage and help individuals to hear God’s Voice and understand how he speaks to them. He speaks to all of us in different ways, God may speak through scriptures, his Word, other individuals, dreams, visions, answered prayers, the spoken word of others and the still small voice of the Holy Spirit. This book will help individuals to reflect on and clarify how God is speaking to them.

Today, God’s Voice the Companion or Reflective Journal has been completed and uploaded to Ingram Spark for publication. Hallelujah, I am so excited!  This is the beginning of a new year, 2026, and a wonderful time for deeper relationships to be established with family, friends, significant others and seek to know and understand how God is speaking to you at a deeper level.
